    Heavy carbonation, very tart. Drain poured. There are hints of similar experiences on BA/untappd, for what its worth.

    I have to imagine BW is still holding a ton of this stuff...

    We're talking about BW XV (15) here (Lost Abbey), not 16 (Ram). Yes, XV is terribly infected.

    Come to think of it, I think my daughter has a science night coming up at school. Would it be inappropriate to have her open an infected $25 corked-and-caged beer in the cafeteria a la baking soda/vinegar volcano?
