    For what it is worth. I bottled a funky brett beer last fall that had been in the carboy approximately 12 months. I planned on adding some wine yeast at bottling. I bought the wine yeast but forgot to add it. I was a little worried at the time but after about 6 weeks it was fully carbed. That brett is some resilient stuff but adding some yeast can not hurt.
