I'm bottling the Dubbel I brewed 4 weeks ago and spoke about a few times since. The taste is a little different, maybe because I had a couple other beers before  It is slightly cloudy but I assume itll settle a little as it bottle conditions. I'm wondering how long I should wait until i try. I'm thinking I would try after 2 weeks and see how it is.

Depending on the temperature you carb the bottles at (most do a steady temperature in the range of btw 60-75F) and the gravity of the beer itself, 10-21 days is the general range. The warmer you carb the faster it will carb. Lower abv beers tend to carb faster than higher abv beers, because the original yeast generally has more energy after a low abv fermentation.

Definitely keep at steady temperature, preferably 70F (in my book, this works quite well). IME the beers are usually ready at two weeks+, give or take a few days.

But - always have your smallest bottle size for test bottles. This is so you don't waste any more beer than needed when you test to see if it's carbed. But - bombers take longer to carb, so don't ever rush it. I'd pop a 12ozer after two weeks and see what's up.
