    Guys

I am here SOL in Europe. They don't have the traditional corn sugar for bottling here...

    I have limited choice:
    - Fructose or
    - Glucose

I feel like both corn sugar and Glucose have Dextrose so I would pick Glucose over Fructose.

What do you guys recommend bottling with and what is the recommended quantity per 5 gal batch?

    Thanks

    Matt

PS - links of the sugar

Or use plain told table sugar (sucrose). Will work find on any calculator. Just boil water and make a sugary sanitized liquid and add to bottling bucket.

Priming calculators need an entry for desired volumes CO2.
FWIW (If you're bottling the infamous cream ale from here.) the CraftBeer.com Beer Styles Study Guide indicates approximately 2.5 volumes CO2 for an American Cream Ale.

Thanks - so; to be 100% sure; if I use Glucose I match the corn sugar weight; right? Thanks

Use regular cane sugar from your kitchen cupboard. I have been using that for the past 15+ years.
