    Probably not, considering it was a split batch and I only have seven 750s. I thought brett or even brett - ish yeast took months to develop?

    I had a saison that I copitched 644 with DuPont that went to 1.002

    Just a quick update on this, I've cracked a bottle three weeks ago and don't have carbonation but a wonderful balance of rye and funk. I'm really hoping this carbs up and hits on all cylinders! Needs more time, the funk says that something is happening just a a rate slower than I desire.
