Boulevard BBQ/Imperial Stout in DC

Doubt it. Hasn't hit MD yet, but is supposed to be here this week for Baltimore Beer Week, no idea on bottles though.

 

Imperial Stout hasn't been bottled yet. We're looking at a December-ish release for it.

 

It seems like we are always last to see this stuff. It's okay except for when it's IPAs like Founder's Harvest.

 

Not sure about DC, but Total Wine in Laurel has BBQ in at $8.99/bottle right now.

 

Damn thats a pretty good price, only 1 left in inventory.... hopefully VA will see this same pricing

 

Mispriced should be more like $12.

 

Its gone at TW in Laurel. I called this afternoon, guy said they got 1 case and it sold out quick. He said they may get more at some point but who knows.

 

I got it at Total Wine Alexandria on Wednesday.

Forget the price.

 

Also saw it at Landmark Total Wine (one bottle on the shelf, had it in my hand, and then balked).

Foggy Bottom Whole Foods had it in 750 this morning. And P Street Whole Foods had it on tap for growler fills.

12.99 at Total Wine. 9.99 at Whole Foods. From what I saw.

 

TW Mclean has it, grabbed a bottle this morning. One of the beer guys I was talking with told me that earlier this week they were unloading the BBQ and 2 of the cases they got fell while they were unloading them and they lost all the bottles. Not good!

 

Whole foods has it. You just have to ask for it from the back.

 

Westover Market still has some at 16 I think a bottle (hate shopping there, but I was in the area and took a look). Whole Foods Alexandria had some last Thursday as well. Might have more in the back too.

 

That's common. Or they don't know about it.

 

Rodman's has BBQ on the shelf as of one hour ago, if anyone is still looking. There was a fair amount.
