Not sure where in Baltimore you will be but, IF you're coming down via I-95, stop off in Elkton and check State Line Liquors. It's, maybe, 5 minutes off of the highway. If it's in Maryland, chances are they have it.

In my visiting experience with both State Line and Perfect Pour I've found PP to have more Boulevard offerings, call them on your travel day and check (443) 285-0702. Although it's approx 15 minutes south of Baltimore, pretty easy off/on I95.

If they don't have it, stop at State Line.
I've never seen Love Child at either place, might just be bad timing on my part.

If you're in Baltimore City, your best bet is the Wine Source in Hampden. North of the city there's Beltway in Towson.

You're not too far from Pinehurst and Total Wine Towson. Don't know if either would have specific Boulevard beers but that is where I would check.

If you have transportation, The Wine Source is your best bet for variety and price.
