We’re not quite to 2016 yet, but we’re just too excited to keep our release schedule secret any longer. We plan to brew at least 10 new Boulevard beers including 8 new Smokestack Series releases! This is the very first time anyone outside Boulevard Brewing Company has seen our 2016 release calendar and it’s incredibly important to note that the following beers and dates are subject to change.

Stay tuned as we’ll share more details soon!

I'm so glad Boulevard is in my back yard. They've really been doing great things lately. Rye-on-Rye X 1&2 look interesting. The regular Rye-on-Rye is my favorite from them and one of my favorites from anyone. Tripel Julep sounds intriguing, too. Boubon Barrel Tripel? Maybe with mint? Yes please. The coffee porter is right up my alley as well.

Seems like they're focusing on 12oz seasonals rather than the Smokestack ones. No Harvest Dance or Two Jokers either. Though, there is something new for March.

Any chance that Imperial Stout X finally will be the hoped-for rum barrel version? And will regular Imperial Stout (blended bourbon barrel aged) make a return in 2015 or 2016?

    Keep it up, Boulevard!

It's a little sad to see ZON removed from the calendar, as it's one from my early craft beer drinking days, but it's so awesome to see a brewery as big as Boulevard continue to push the envelope across the board.

Just like last year's vaunted release calendar, there are several on this list that I'm excited to try...

    Session Fruit Pale Ale
    Early Riser Coffee Porter
    Chocolate Ale w/ Raspberry
    Rye-on-Rye X 1 and 2

And of course the continuation of many of their other great beers...

Love Child 7, Saison-Brett, Collab No. 6, Funk(ier) Pumpkin, another Imperial Stout X, and one that I loved when they released it draft only in KC a couple years ago: Tripel Julep.

NOW IF ONLY THEY WOULD GET THEIR ASSES IN TO MICHIGAN.

Have not been disappointed by this brewery thus far... Doesn't look like I will be anytime soon!

For those bummed to see some beers missing off the calendar, it should be noted they did stress this point:
"This is the very first time anyone outside Boulevard Brewing Company has seen our 2016 release calendar and it’s incredibly important to note that the following beers and dates are subject to change."

I can't be the only one stoked for Tripel Julep. I'm imagining a bourbon barrel tripel with mint and that sounds awesome to me.

I noticed Hibiscus Gose was omitted from the line-up...it has the distinction of being the only Gose that I didn't spit out

Well, it wasn't on the 2015 release schedule either, but I believe they did sneak it in back in the spring.

(And scratch that, as it's listed here as Core+ Seasonal in the summer months.)
