As you may or may not know, Boulevard has had a wet hopped ale on it's roster for a long time. But it may surprise you to find out that it was their winter warmer, Nutcracker. As part of the Backroads Series they launched this year (which has previously seen entries like the wine-beer hybrid Entwined Ale and the summer crusher Hibiscus Gose), they will now be entering a more traditional wet hop beer into the mix--Last Splash:

Of the three in the series, I think this is the one I'm looking forward to the most.

Anything is better than Entwined. Actually a good time to release a wet-hopped, seeing how Harvest Ale and others are now gone.

Entwined wasn't bad, but I didn't think it was as good as the Test Nelson beer that preceded it.

I'm not very familiar with Nugget hops, so that will be interesting as well.
