Boulevard/Odell: Silver Anniversary Ale

Will the Boulevard version of Silver be hitting the San Francisco Bay Area?

 

I'm unable to confirm when distributors in your area will release Silver, but I can tell you that you're typically a few weeks behind the release date in KC.

 

Can't wait to try these. I wonder why Odell didn't do bottles as well? Hopefully my spot in town can score a keg from Odell.

Sorry about resurrecting an older thread, but I just tried this beer, and I picked up some off-flavors. I know Boulevard typically has immaculate control over their beer, but I got a significant solventy/clove-like aroma off of this that seemed very inappropriate for any beer regardless of style. I had heard from several people that the beer was quite good, so I'm wondering if I got a bad batch.

Any time you have an issue with any beer from any brewery, your best (and most efficient) bet is to contact the brewery directly.

Saw this at my favorite beer spot. Might be going back. Corked and caged too.

 

My brother and I recently shared a bottle. We both thought it had a light metallic aftertaste. Not entirely offensive but it was not something I would buy again.

Beer name Silver and it has a metallic aftertaste, maybe it is intentional.
