Boulevard Rye on Rye 2013 -- thoughts?

    I loved Rye on Rye last year. This year tastes a bit more boozy to me but same great taste.

    Any thoughts from others on this beer 2012 vs 2013 (even though its already released but they call it 2013)

    I have always thought it was pretty boozy fresh but even after 6 months it starts to mellow nicely.

    This is the first Smokestack Series Limited Release since BLVD started distributing to CA...does anyone know if we will be seeing any of this? I certainly hope so---great beer, reasonable pricepoint.

    I've always found it very boozy fresh. I'm sitting on my remaining bottles of 2012 for a while for that reason in fact.

    I tried a bottle of the 2013 last night; never had the 2012. I plan to a bottle or two; this should get better with age.
