Simply because I figured some people may want to know and they're not weird like me who don't live in Charleston, but still surf the Westbrook Facebook page. Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Coconut Cake is on tap. A friend stopped by and tried to do a growler fill but that's a no go.

I stopped by there today for the Cake. It's one of the best variants!! They only do growler fills of their regular canned stuff (IPA, One Claw, White Thai, and Gose).

Bourbon Coconut Cake was kicked by 6:15.

It was very delicious, but coconut is already starting to fade.

They also released "The Perfect Nose", a collaboration with Evil Twin that is a barleywine aged in cognac barrels. Not sure if this is true but word on the street is that it is a brewery only release. 2 bottle limit at $20 a bottle. There were only a couple left on the shelf when I left at 6:15 (not sure if there were more in the back or not).

That sounds like a great dish to serve with Thanksgiving dinner.

    Oh, it's a beer? Sweet!
