apparently CAH Innsbrook accidentally sold 12x BCBS to a person last night at $9/per, then realized their mistake and stopped selling any of them.

Yeah, that "no limit" just screams "I don't want to deal with this crap of selling 13 cases 1 beer at a time!" I don't really blame them though. I really think there should be plenty at other places for folks to snag a couple.

 

Yes. I've been pretty successful at TW for the past two years.

 

For those interested, this is what south FL Total wines are going to look like as far as which variant which is getting:
Fort lauderdale - regular, coffee, regal, rare
Boca - Regular, regal
Boynton - regular, coffee, barleywine
PGA - regular, coffee, barleywine
North Miami - regular, rare, regal, barleywine.

Guy at total wine boca said people are gonna start showing up at 5:45 AM.

 

Yeah, And Grape and Gourmet got theirs in at 11am and went ahead and sold the lot in an hour. Do people just not care about the street date anymore? I'm really hoping Total Wine doesn't do this crap so I have a chance at some without trading.

 

Ugh G&G did that too? Bummer.

 

Riverside Market in Ft. Lauderdale is doing a midnight release:

Regular $15
Coffee $25
Rye $45
Rare $85

 

Aside from PBC TWs, Brown Distributing said Whole Foods in WPB, Wellington and PBG will all be getting Bourbon County, but could tell me which variants.

 

Without so much as a fb post on this one either. That's a bit surprising - they did a FB post for KBS and sold it in about 7 minutes. But I get it. More surprised they didn't do a FB post and it still sold out in under an hour the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

 

How many bottles are in a case this year?

 

where did you see this? I have been trying to find out if they would be releasing the Rare at midnight, or only 9am at Craft Beer Cartel.

 

Stopped by the store yesterday and they told me all the prices, was shocked to hear $45 for Rye. Doors open at midnight, they said people usually line up around 11:30. Craft Cartel will have rare for $75 the next morning.

 

Yeah, i got there around 11pm last year and just had a few beers and lined up at 11:50 and was second in line. They only released coffee and regular though. Hopefully I can grab a Rare tonight! Thanks for the info.

 

Those Riverside prices are ridiculous. That's 2x reg. price. I know they usually a few bucks more, but seriously ?

 

Total Wine near me has price listed for BCBS $9.99 and regal rye $21.99. Riverside Market guys are price gougers.

 

Yep, until I spoke to total I assumeed Riverside prices were normal since this is the first time I've seeked out BCBS, trying to decide whether to camp out at the Boca or Boynton store tomorrow.
