    Howdy,
As luck would have it, I'm spending the week in Charleston - excited about that. Subsequently I'll be here for black Friday. Any tips on where to go for BCBS? News on variants? Seems distro may be lower this year from what I'm seeing in other states. Thx!

the usual bottles, total wine etc will get distro, likely variants.

Bottles had a lot of regular with a limit of 2. Should be good to snag these throughout the day. Coffee, BW and Rare all sold out when they opened.

Thanks for the 'heads up'. I went by TW early this morning and there was quite the line. I opted not to get in line today, figuring that the limits would be really low. Besides, I really only wanted some of the regular. I went to Bottles around 11:30 and they had lots of regular and even saw a couple of Barleywines sitting there. I'm guessing that they were holding back on some bottles and casually putting them on the shelves for those who weren't there at opening.

Went to TW this afternoon, walked right up to the growler station, and grabbed two.
    $9.99/btl

I do admit that I feel dirty for A) buying from TW, and 2) buying a GI product.

I was out of town yesterday, was up in Columbia and it was brutal there. Went 3 places, scored a total of 1 bottle of regular. TW Columbia had a 1 bottle limit, most was set aside for their loyalty members (also believe loyalty members had 1 bottle limit). Sams Beer got two cases, I believe e all were reserved for loyalty club members only and they wouldn't release them til 12:15 (no clue why). Both greens sold out instantaneously with 1 bottle limits per website, although one on Assembly seemed to be giving out two bottles per person. One place had a raffle for the chance to "win" the opportunity to buy a growler of BW. No other places hd any variants. Also as a side note, people in Columbia are fucking rude. I mean granted it's a horrible city and I'd be grumpy if I lived there too probably, but still.

Sounds like it was better in CHS. I remember just a couple years ago (when still in 4 pack formats), both BW and BCBS sat on the shelves at total wine for literally months. I purchased so much, and still have a couple of each in the beer "cellar" aka garage fridge. Things have consistently gone down hill with all things Bourbon county since AB In-Bev took over. Spread distributed out way to thin, hyped the shit out of it, didn't come through on promises of increasing production at a rate that would meet new distribution plans. Not to even mention to infection issues. It's been a nightmare. The beer is still good, when you can get it and when it's not infected, but both of those are getting less common.

I went to Bottles and TW this morning. Both places have plenty (12-15 cases) with a 2-bottle limit. $9.99 at both places ($8.99 a bottle at TW with the current coupon).
EDIT: TW also has BCBS on the growler station!

Grabbed 2 bottles at both Bottles and TW, so thanks again to you both. You are gentlemen, and scholars.

If anyone is still looking, Bottles looked to be about out at 1pm, with just over 2 cases (unless there were some in the back/I didn't see). TW, I couldn't tell, as they had them behind the counter and pulled them out 1 case at a time. TW still had it on the growler station.

TW still has bottles as of this morning, probably around 2 cases worth on the counter and shelf nearby (growler station). I didn't see any 'limit' signs, so you may have to ask.
