That tweet went out 5 minutes after midnight. They must have some kind of agreement about not posting pricing until day of release.

 

Did the wristband guy get lost? I’ve been here over 2 hours and still hoping he’ll show up.

 

Anyone confirm what number wristband they are on? Seems to be some confusion as posts on Facebook indicated wristbands havent even been handed out as of yet.

We’ve been here since a little after 10p and haven’t yet gotten wristbands. They have been handing them out in waves; but obviously it’s been awhile.

 

In waves? Been awhile? So how is this limiting "cutting" exactly? Ugh. May not be worth the trek there now

 

A majority of the chaos and cutting happens in the morning when the line compresses because people are tearing down their campsites. Eliminating tents and having people numbered earlier helps. You're right though. There should be a gate into the parking lot. Enter, get a number. Leave and somebody cuts your wristband off. Nobody with a wristband gets re-entry.

 

It’s not like that at all. Very orderly, very chill, people showing up and headed through the aisles to the end of the line.

Wristband guys now working through the line. I’m guessing 600-650 here now.

 

Welp, I'm officially living a lie and have lost my damn mind. In line 12:50am. Waiting on my wrist band. They're working through the line now. No clue what # yet, but will update as soon as I know. This is a highly advanced and organized democracy compared to the anarchy of last year. I regret nothing. Yet...

 

There won't be much compression as there aren't any campsites. I haven't seen the wrist band guys lately but would have to check with people further back. Line is orderly. I don't see anyway people will cut. Numbers have slowed. Line still in front of store. Guess is 600 give or take.

 

#345 in line after getting here around 10:30.

 

Been here since 9:30. Got my #250 wristband about 30 minutes ago.

Its like a long airplane ride in economy - just a little colder. Sitting next to strangers, nibbling on some food, watching a movie. Hopefully don't need to use the Porta potty. This is what I tell myself to get through the next 5.5 hours
