How many was binnys allowing you to buy to hit $1000? I think the small shop I stopped at was allowing like 1 bottle of each.

Depending on which vintage bottles you chose, each allotment was $290-$320 after tax. 13 bottles per allotment.

Jewel was unlimited for Reg(didn’t buy any because of $12.99 price tag), WW, CBW, MO, and Bramble.

Not much of a BW fan, but cracked my first Coffee BW tonight and I have to say that this is pretty delicious. Pleasantly surprised, wish I had more.

Jewel on Southport still has a handful of cases of Coffee BW. That is all that was there though, they just ran out of WW at 7:30 pm.

It would have been very interesting if the storm which hit yesterday/today arrived 72 hours earlier.

Only difference at Desplaines was $12.99 for reg and MO was same as others at $23.99.

I was thinking the same thing. That would really sort out the non-believers from the alter of BCBS.

How can one chain store charge something different from another? Isn't it in the computer and good for all stores? hmmmm.....

I don't know, but I would think this works in only one direction. The store might have a computer price, which is be the lowest that the chain will charge. This does not necessarily mean that they can't charge more, but they are not allowed to charge less.

    Just an idea.

Is there anything available in the wicker park area?

Thanks for this, just ordered some TShirts for $5 each and a hoodie!

Struck out with most stuff this year, my local place got absolutely nothing but 2 cases of regular this year. They got 17 cases of regular and 3-6 cases of each variant last year. Hopefully I can find Vanilla and Prop on tap somewhere out in the burbs.

I went by Jewel on Des Plaines at lunch yesterday and (in the produce section) there were at least 30 cases of wheatwine, 2 open/partial cases of coffee BW, and 3 bottles of bramble. At the bar, they had reg, coffee BW and vanilla on draft (or at least they had handles up, I didn’t order any).

That sucks, yeah I don't think they listed their pricing on Beermenus for the bottles, guess I now know why.

Just Wheatwine as of this morning. I picked one up, wanted one to age, one to drink this winter. Still haven't tracked down bramble or coffee BW.
