That would be a really fun game. We just put out Elf on the Shelf for our kids, and you could get creative and be kind of like that.

When I win the lotto I'm buying LP Binny's with the stipulation the transaction closes at 6:59am on Black Friday. I will then walk out and proudly tell the 1,000 folks camping out that they didn't game the system as well and that the release has been canceled.

Mega Millions or Powerball or keep on dreaming.

And even then, you won't be able to afford to buy Ballast Point.... :grimacing:

If I win the lotto I'm buying all the KBBS next year and trading it for BCBS variants.

If you gonna game the system game the system. Rookies.

What Lotto are you winning? By next year you could win the MegaMillions and after taxes afford like 2 bottles of KBBS.

Now this needed to be recorded and then sped up with the Benny Hill theme song playing along with it. Yes, I'm easily amused.

They checked my wristband and ID when they gave me my ticket. They were also doing these sequentially only. For example, I was 577 and 578 was using the bathroom when they came by with tickets. So they ask his buddy (579) where 578 is? He says bathroom, they tell him he has 5 minutes to come find them and get his ticket. I saw this happening with several people. When we all entered the building they checked our ID again, along with wristband and ticket to make sure the numbers matched. Then they punched a hole in the ticket once they matched. Maybe they got more lax near the end of the line?

I was 196 and it actually sounds like they were more strict for you. Checked ID when they gave me the wristband, verified wristband number before handing me the ticket, then just checked the ticket and ID (not wristband) at the door. Perhaps they noticed a lot of problems - I know there were at least 2 guys trying to sneak in out of order behind me (no, not with me), at least one them with a ticket in the mid 300s. It sounded like they sent him back, but if you ask me they should have confiscated his ticket.

For those who have tried both, how does 2018 Bramble compare to Rev Deth by Currants?

Curious since I've seen many people say Bramble is thinner than the other BCBS variants and Deth by Currants clearly wins in the price per ounce arena

I had them both side by side on Sunday. This is pretty accurate. Bramble seemed to be much sweeter as well. However I did have a midnight orange pour prior so my palate may have been skewed.

Anyways, I'm having Bramble from the bottle right now and I like it a lot better than the pour I had on tap.

However I still think Deth By Currants is a masterpiece of a beer and is leagues above this.

But I'm not upset about drinking this bottle of Bramble, which is what I thought I would be after I had it on tap, and I think it's pretty good.

My wife and I spent $1400 on airfare to Hawaii and 2 days later I charged $300 worth of tickets to fly to Maui and back. We all jave our moments. For what it’s worth, I have went to the Party Source in KY drunk and spent that much on bourbon in 20 minutes.

You are definitely in the wrong place if you think that’s out of the ordinary. Nice avatar by the way. I thought you’d be taller though.

My experience was closer to Jsimansk. I was wearing a coat and my wristband wasn't visable. They never asked anything. I'm not even sure they looked at the ticket number. I was number 556, so I had to be only a few people in front of you.

B & L Liquors in Wheeling has all the variants, I at least saw midnight, wheatwine, vanilla, and bramble; don't recall seeing reserve or prop. Asked about the price, guy didn't really seem to know, but said 24.99 for what he called the variances (lol)... catch is you had to buy two 2017 regular or barleywine in order to purchase.
