Yeah. That's bad. I'd want vouchers to fly free for years. 50k miles isn't even a single free flight.

Let's hope the Delta staff is never notified they have a bomb on a plane. "A what now? I told janitorial to clean up that bomb earlier! Oh well, I don't clean up bombs so you can either sit in the seat with the bomb or you can get off the flight."

Midnight Orange and Barleywine Coffee will also be available in the Detroit area but the numbers are pretty low.

So did they lower production on Regular quite a bit, or did they just use that much more on all of the variants? Only 2 in the allocation at Binnys was what first made me curious, but didn't know if it was to keep allocation cost down a little. But then a place in Indy just announced their allocation and it's only one regular. It was atleast 4 last year.

Hopefully they increased variants and lowered Regular because regular is shelf turding it up...

I know of 3 smaller joints that still have regular 17' BCBS on shelves.

I know of one place, but think it's $15+. Are the places you've seen it at pricing it according to MSRP, or higher?

Sure I don't doubt some small places might have some bottles remaining. But this can be a product of a given store's pricing and customer traffic possibly. Blanketing BCBS as a shelf turd seems a bit much imo especially when I certainly do not see it on shelves at Binny's.

The place by me had some the other week for $10.99 a bottle. It’s a treat to have regular shelf turding it up.

I’ve seen plenty of places/people post huge allotments of bcbs still sitting around. Some even discounting to $9.99 a bottle

    Texas
    NY
    CA
    FL

Just doesn’t sell well in a lot of places

Oh it's no shelf turd. I just mean it's available if you look. Personally, I'm happy I can still find it. It's a damn good beer. My favorite non-adjunct BA stout.

I believe all three were $13.99.

are people actually complaining about having access to BCBS year round? a good BA beer you dont have to wait in line or win a lottery for and you can buy for 15$? I know the variants are interesting and provide some variety, but if I ever refer to BCBS as a "shelf turd" take me out behind the barn and shoot me.

I don’t think ‘shelf turd’ is necessarily an insult toward BCBS in this case, or that anyone is complaining about it. More that it’s been hanging around for almost a year at a number of establishments (for whatever reason).

Example, BCBS regular is still in my top tier of favorite beers after all these years and I love it every time I have it. I hope it becomes even more of a shelf turd moving forward because I love being able to go into a beer store and grab it any time I feel the urge to have one.

Binny's rarely puts the good stuff on the shelves. I'll bet if you ask them if they have it....

This is why I'm bummed about the seem of Regular lacking going into this year. I mean I'm happy about the variants, but I do like getting more than one regular to hold on to...

I’d settle for a full Binnys LP allotment.

FIBs complaining about BCBS being a shelf turd is pretty annoying to most of the rest of the country where we have to line up ahead of time even just to get regular.
