At what age, would you recommend opening?? I would go with fresh, because you don't want the cherry to fade.

I say drink now. Unlike Bramble Rye which was very fruity at the beginning and has mellowed out nicely, the cherry is augmenting the bourbon perfectly and I don't see that improving with age.
If you only have one bottle, then drink it now. What's the point of putting it away without even knowing what it tastes like?
