There was a long line when it started but walk up to the bar with little wait right now. 2 oz rare for $14. 5 oz of everything else for $6

Lunardi's in Walnut Creek has the regular BCBS out and priced at 10.99 each. On the end cap and some in the cold box...which has been enclosed so plus 1 for that. No other variants seen. Also have a few packs of Founders Breakfast Stout for 12.99 a four pack and Pure Hoppiness from Alpine for 20.99 a sixer.

Lunardi's has a very good selection of beer as their beer guy knows what to order.....if you can stomach the higher prices.

Was $28 a lot for 4 oz of rare? Yes but I can say I've had it and loved it and know I'll seek it out friday. It's that good

What's absurd is the number of people who will be falling all over themselves in their eagerness to pay.

Even at $14 for 2 ounces there will be people who miss out, which means it only gets more absurd from here on out.

Speaking of absurd...if you weren't in line in SF by 4am, no Rare for you. If you weren't in line by 6am, no Regal Rye for you. If you weren't in line by 630am, no Coffee for you.

Finding that coffee is as hard as rare or regal to find . Got 2 regal and only 1 coffee today. Maybe more will show up in the next few weeks. Guy I talked to in line said bcbs coffee was spoiled/compromised and they don't have as much, not sure if this is true but it's harder to find than last year

And yet in the near future Cellarmaker will be tapping barrel aged imperial coffee and cigarettes and barrel aged vastness of space and when that happens we will all be able to just waltz in and enjoy

San Rafael has the reg, $10 no limits.
Novato BevMo has about four cases, $12 and one per person per day:rolling_eyes:

I couldn't make it down there today but when I stopped in yesterday the Bevmo Colma made it sound like they were getting the variants most likely this morning.

Liquid Gold in San Francisco was/is selling Rare, Rye, BW, and BCBS. I assume the Rare is gone as five of the six bottles were accounted for by the time I left.
