Little bit confused on the way OMH wrote their message on the event. Are they missing all BCBS vertical / BCBW for tap. Or was that just bottles that they did not get in?

Also - for people going, you should know that they are doing a raffle based system for Rare bottles (on-site only)

 

I believe they meant bottles. but I thought the barley had a vintage keg too. maybe I'm wrong. they still have back to '13 kegs of the regular though. and I'm out for the raffle unless some of you ba'ers wanna go in on one. we're not even to black friday yet. I'm only good for one triple digit beer purchase this wk and it ain't today lol.

 

I'll be there, not so high on the $90 bottle of rare, but if split 4 ways that might make me not hate myself as much.

I read it to be bottles too. If I remember correctly, they were listed under the available bottles and are now gone from that list.

 

Maybe I'm messing up the math - but that would still be $22.50 for about a 4 ounce pour if split 4 ways? I'll be passing on the raffle. Hoping by going to the OMH event it removes all FOMO from lining up at Top Hops on Friday.

 

That's correct, but I've spent a ton more on a 2oz pour of whisky. To anyone who will be there and wants to put our tickets together for the raffle, come find me. Should be rocking a green polo shirt.

they are. I believe you get them for ordering drinks. I'm game with the others mentioned too. if you're still in, looks like we'd already have 3/4. I'll be the bearded guy with the yankee hat. I'll hafta come up with a better identifier later lol.

 

My friend Kev who will be with me said he's in for the 4th.

 

I know that OMH posted that tappings are at 4, but does anyone with more experience know if they'll be tapping anything earlier? I'll be in that part of town around 1 pm, and just curious if I'll be able to swing by and get a BCS pour.

 

Doubtful - OMH usually is very straightforward and keeps true to their event plans. Could be wrong though.

Haha - thanks. Been using it for years and I can't remember why. Guess that episode really impressed me.

 

So OMH is charging $7 per 5 oz pour. Yikes.

 

yeesh. any word what dive bar is charging.

 

Anyone know where in central PA to find any variants at all? Al's of Hampden tweeted today he's not getting any nor is Westy's. Good-ta-Go in Chambersburg sounds like it got limited amounts, only 1 bottle per person.
