Bourbon County Variants in CT

    Hey, does anyone know if we're going to be seeing any Bourbon County variants in CT?

    Guy at Norwalk BevMax (store had BCBS when I was there Saturday) told me that Coffee was coming to CT but in a later distribution. I didn't ask him about he others.

    Hartford hasn't received the BW or Coffee yet. Couldn't tell you when they'll get it..

    Apparently there is a warehouse with a metric shit ton of the variants, and its waiting on some sort of bureaucratic approval. Ive heard something about pricing labels or something like that. Im not the distributor so I dont know the reason, just the warehouse. Hope that helps. There is something else really great coming out this weekend as well.

    Ive been told pricing approval from state or label approval or something along those lines and its causing a hold up. Also was told Halia, Jilian and Juliet should be showing up this week too

    Haven't seen Gillian or Halia in any of the Fairfield County stores I frequent, have been looking for both recently and I don't think they have arrived yet. Guess I'll have to check again tomorrow.

    Sounds like stores are only getting 4 bottles each... and a case of lolita. TW in Norwalk in theory should get the most since they push the most GI in the state so I'd look out there.

    I'm not trying to be funny here - where in Norwalk TW do you see Goose Island? I've looked up and down the aisles there three times and was amazed that I couldn't find a solitary GI product, let alone BCBS/variants.

    Black Friday BCBS was right out in front. There were prob 6 cases there. I've also seen plenty of Matilda, Sofie, Pepe Nero etc... But I heard from distributors that they push the most so that's what it is...

    Mcladdens in west hartford has barleywine and bcbs on tap right now 10oz pours for $8. Maybe some bottles of 2012 coffee too. They had a Goose Island tap takeover last night. Anyone go?
