Just brewed my bourbon oak IPA. Gonna let it primary for 2 weeks, secondary with Makers infused oak chips for a week then bottling. Here's the recipe.
    OG 1.065
    FG 1.01
    IBU 104.2

    10# briess 2 row
    1# briess Rye
    1# dingemans caravienne
    11 oz briess Victory.

    .5 oz magnum at 60
    .5 oz magnum at 40
    1 oz palisade at 15
    .5 oz citra at 12
    1.5 oz palisade at 10
    1 oz citra at 5
.5 oz each of palisade and citra at flameout

    Yeast Mangrove Jack Workhorse.

2 oz American oak chips soaked in makers for 1 week then chips go into secondary for 5-7 days.
