I just finished up 7 gal of wheat beer. I brewed it on Sunday and it's hit FG. I have 96 oz of Vintner's boysenberry. I'm trying to get this bottled by mid next week and bottle ready for the following week. I'm wondering how many gallons of the beer should be fruited. I'm thinking 4 gal. Also, is this stretching too far for the beer to shape up this quick? I'll want to start drinking it on June 27th or so.
