With a strange fucking weird ingredient.

"Lamb-ic has an added unique Welsh twist with the additional of finest Welsh lamb to the brew."

"Brewed with malted barley, un-malted wheat and a blend of Fuggles and Golding hops, the beer has been matured for up to 12 months in open barrels with chops of finest lamb from the Welsh hills of Ceredigion. Open barrel fermenting allows Lamb-ic to be naturally fermented with wild yeasts that give lambic styles of beer their unique taste. A naturally cloudy, orange beer, Lamb-ic (5.3%) has a sour lemon juice beginning which blends into a deep richness from the lamb."

and to compound the "wtf factor" - "Each pint will be served with mint sprinkles on top which adds fresh and herby notes to the pint."

Not sure what that's going to be like, considering it's almost certainly added so they can use the name. Also not sure how seeing a smoked bacon porter translated into roast lamb lambic being a good idea either. Definitely going to give it a look see though.

Parody is an impossibility in this post-Brewdog world.

Good. Saves us the trouble of having to pat another country on the head for their efforts.

I'm still waiting for Brewdog to brew something that isn't instantly overshadowed by bad copy that's desperately trying to be cool and post-modern, but just comes across as desperate. Phew, rant over
