I have been aging a few Brambles and King Henrys. I was wondering if anyone has had one recently and how they are holding up.

Not sure when they will peak or start to turn.

    Thanks

Bramble has only gotten better and better. I've tried King Henry 4-5 times since its release and personally I enjoyed King Henry less and less with age on it.

I agree, Bramble has become much, much better as it has mellowed out. I've also liked King Henry less and less since it was released. My general rule is that if something tastes incredible fresh, it's usually not going to get better and you should take it to the dome as soon as possible.

Had a Bramble last week and it was absolutely amazing. I've had every six months or so for two years now, it's getting better and better. Personally I loved it fresh with its boozy berry-ness just smacking you over the face. Bramble is turning into a refined lady at this point, totally different to me and just out of this world great.

    KH on the other hand...
