    Hello,
I recently got a Brauler for x-mas from my awesome girlfriend; however, I am already running into a problem with it. While some breweries have no problem filling it, a couple breweries that I frequent said they would not fill it because they cannot seal it with their heat gun. Technically, I know the laws of WI require this or else it is considered selling an 'open container'. Does anyone know if brauler has made/or plans to make a plastic film cuff for the top of the brauler so it can be sealed? I emailed they manufacturer and will update if I get any more info. Thanks!

Not to my knowledge. I have one as well. Some places have packing taped it for me, where I got it from (Canal Park in Duluth, MN) they actually have the plastic film for it. I'm intrigued your g/f (awesome g/f by the way) got one, must have found a shop selling them cause the site doesn't sell individual ones, or didn't maybe they do now :-D.

I know Stone Tap will fill them or I've been told so, I have yet to bring mine to them. I had it filled in SD no problem but they don't seal them there like they do in MN and WI.

It's true- earlier this month, Ed told me that they do fill them (they sell them, also). He said they will be getting (if they haven't already) 1 Liters, as well.

Bonus, I just found out Canal Park in Duluth has the FreshCap CO2 kits in now, for $50. Going up north this weekend and I believe I may have to swing in for a growler fill and one of those. Maybe hit Bent Paddle on my way back to the relatives place.

I had ordered the Freshcap kit from Strange Brew, and they are charging $79.99+9 shipping. Found on Full Sail website for $45+11 shipping...I called them up, dude on the phone was very nice, said it hadn't gone out yet, he checked his cost, he could sell it to me for $69+shipping....as that was just above cost for them. He said he wouldn't have hurt feelings if I cancelled and ordered from Full Sail at that price. So $50 is a great price on site!

Yea Canal Park sounded like they thought the MSRP was crazy andd wanted to basically hook up locals or well customers basically and were willing to sell at the same price as the Braulers which they also sell for $50 (first fill is included in the price). I saw them at Strange Brew for $80 and about choked on my food I was eating at the time.
