I had an all Topaz IPA from Against the Grain last fall. Good, but slightly one dimensional, as single hop IPA's usually are. There were tropical fruit notes but not as strong as in some better known hops. Also some interesting honey-ish flavors that worked well with the malt bill. I'd pair it with a little Chinook, Citra or something else, depending on my taste goals for the beer. Not saying it's not an excellent hop, just that a blend featuring it might be better. Bravo and Comet seem to be regarded as bittering hops, even in today's experimental climate. I'd still recommend some experimenting with them.
My only experience with Comet http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/comet-citra-is-like-chocolate-peanut-butter.181329
bravo is somewhat akin to warrior in my experience, some spicy, floral flavors and a touch of citrus, nothing really that stood out in a good way though. I use it more for bittering. No experience with the other two.
Comet has the ability to be dual use, IMO. Bravo, I haven't used, and Topaz I used late in a saison once, it was good.
Bravo is super boring and really doesn't add much to the beer. The Bravo smashes I've tried were slightly earthy and fruity, but bland. Had similar effects when dry hopping miller lite. Comet smells and tastes (when used in beers) like a less oniony and armpitty Apollo; weed and citrus come to mind. Topaz is awesome. Passion fruit and tropical fruit bomb, like galaxy without the spicyness.
