    The Black & Blue 2014 throw down hosted by Brawley's Beverage in conjunction with the Visulite Theatre will be held on Saturday, March 1st. Tickets on sale soon! Look for more details to be announced soon!

    There are three things every year that I will not miss. Fantasy Footbal Draft, Christmas Jam and Black & Blue. If my first child was being born during any of these events, I would plug the canal until the event was over (minus hangover time of course).

    So I've been to the Visulite before for music events. What's the setup like for this? can somebody that's attended paint me a picture? Drink for 3 hours then the bands come on? When do tastings stop?

    Band plays the whole time, breweries set up on all three levels and usually a few beers behind the bar as well depending on space. Kinda packed, a little loud, and fun as hell.

    Actually tastings stop about an hour before it is over...then the pours start to fill those fantastic full size snifters...then the shit show starts! I think. Last hour gets reallllllll hazy!

    I can think of no better description about B&B than this. Every year, we've gone to Moosehead after. It hasn't been pretty.

    how did this sell out so fast this year? i'm glad it did, even if i did miss out on a ticket.

    If anyone hears of someone trying to sell an extra between now and march mark this post and let me know. I'll buy you a pint.:wink:
