Breakfast IPA recipe?

    Looking to include some citra, coffee,oatmeal in this. Any ideas?

    Maybe consider dry hopping the brunch stout from northern brewer with citra and tweak from there.

    Was thinking more of a coffee ipa integrating some oatmeal. How much oatmeal? Grain bill help? Also would you use coffee at bottling or dry hop with beans or some other method?
