    Scouring the taplist for some FH beers...got a Vicious Mosquito fill date @ Hawthorne Freddie's, tomorrow, to keep me busy. Makes it easier to sit in stasis. I'm giddy!

    If you didn't get any of Breakside's fresh hop beers last year, prepare to have your mind blown. They've started using a new technique of flash freezing the hops and smashing them to pieces to better expose the lupulin and oils inside the cones, and It's no gimmick in my opinion. Then you match that up with award winning IPAs as the base beers, and it's pretty special. Can't wait for this year's beers!

    I didn't, & am patiently waiting. I was still in Orlando when they released, last year. The bombers of Wanderlust & IGA I got in care packages kinda swayed my transfer to PDX (oh, & love, too)...& got me on the hunt for better bitters! Breakside's been there, all along the way.

    Head's up - we've got both Fresh Hop Cascade Wanderlust and Fresh Hop Simcoe IPA on tap at the Milwaukie Taproom right now. The Dekum pub will have both on by the weekend, and both will be out to wide distribution by next week.

    Fresh Hop Mosaic IPA to follow later in the month. All three made with the 'hop shattering' process we do with liquid nitrogen.

    Got the FH Simcoe filled @ Milwaukie...FH Wanderlust is already gone! Dekum got some, but bet it's tapped, too. Delicious Simcoe in a hazy look...like non-hard cider!

    What's the beer in your avatar, @Bitter_Better ? The wife and I stopped at Double Mountain on the way back from Boise last weekend, and their Homestead Pale Ale really hit the spot.

    It's actually pFriem's IPA (one of the freshest bottles of IPA I've had) & I love the Imperial glasses @ Double Mtn (all my beer goes thru it)...keepin' it Hood...River!

    I made that same circuit yesterday for those same beers! Sad that I missed the FH Wanderlust though. I was told that it would be back on again at some point, which left me excited but unable to scheme to acquire it next time.

    We just tapped FH Wanderlust. Concentrated, liquid pine resin to the 10th degree.

    F.Y.I. ...As of last week a 22 oz Wanderlust just got a little more expensive at Total wine stores in western Washington . Went from $3.99 to $4.99... Say it aint so !
