I'm going to be driving up to Breckenridge this week from Texas. I Haven't really found too much info on good bottle shops or pubs other than Breckenridge Brewing Co. Any advice for someone looking to check out the beer scene?

    Cheers!

There isn't much there from my experiences. The Breckenridge brewpub carries only breckenridge brewery stuff ( which is mediocre at best). There is a bottle shop (forgetting the name) right next to the City market grocery store in town. They carry some decent stuff. Nothing amazing though. I would just stop in Denver in the way there if you're coming this way. We got tons of great places here! Good luck!

Check out Backcountry Brewery in Frisco. It's about a 20 minute drive, but worth it. Growler fills and boomers too.

Yeah. But get the bombers instead of the boomers. You won't regret it.

Go to Kenosha steakhouse they have a good beer selection and good food! Backcountry is worth checking out as long as you sit in the bar area!

I live in Frisco and second Backcountry Brewery, their seasonal 2IPA is really good. I would eat somewhere else.
I have not been here yet, but http://apreslibations.com/ seems like a good place to check out if you're in Breck...
The two best shops are Antlers in Frisco, or Dillon Ridge Liqours

City liquors actually holds a pretty good bottle selection in Breck. They have been going a lot harder lately and they should have some bottles on the shelf that sit for a little. Kenosha steak house has some good choices on tap and in bottles. Après is the new tap house and I haven't been overly impressed yet.
