Baker's in Silverthorne, Broken Compass in Breck, Dillon Dam and Pug Ryan's in Dillon, and Backcountry in Frisco. If you catch Backcountry on a good day, their beers are as good as any in the state, but they've had some supply/QC issues lately. The others are all solid to excellent with Baker's and BC probably leading the pack.
I like Dillon Dam quite a bit. An attractive, convivial pub with decent food and quality beers. We often stop for a meal and a pint on our way through.
My #1 place is Broken Compass- great place. Dillon Dam #2, easily. I thought Bakers was OK, I like the food at Breckenridge Brewery, but beers seem to be rather average.
