I have a Saison that I want to dose with Brett B. It has attenuated down to 1010 from 1050 with Belgian Saison 2. I have read Brett B really works well under pressure. Looking for advice specifically from personal experience if possible. This beer will be kegged and not bottled, because I'm lazy.

    Should I...
pitch the vial in the fermentor and let it age for a while, then keg.
Pitch vial in carboy and keg immediately
pitch the vial in the keg.

Either way after I keg I'll be holding at ambient 65 degrees until desired Brett character is achieved

    Thanks

Pitch into the keg, purge the keg, rack the beer into the keg, then age. No need to pitch in the fermenter.

Interested in hearing how Brett B performs favorably under pressure, if anyone can speak to that. Thanks!

Any personal successes with this process?

Im bottles with only Brett B. I've used multiple strains in a keg before. Since then I use only Brett for primary, then age (if I want to).
