    Love the style when it is done well. Tough to accomplish a good one. Kent Falls is the brewery I think of doing it well right now.

    If you can find Grand Teton Brett LoCo on draught or on a Growler filling station, give it a go. Excellent !

    I don't know what magic Kent Falls has going on with their hoppy brett stuff, but it's impressive. There's a delicate complex fruity quality they get that I haven't experienced elsewhere.

    Could not agree more. I've known Derek since we were homebrewers and he has made yeast his best friend. Literally. He does have magic. It was strange being around him during the year he spent eating and drinking only fermented foods, which resulted in his book The Fermented Man. Love Kent Falls beers.

    I second this. Kent Falls excels at Brett IPAs. Very well balanced and refined.
