Want to make my first Brett brew. Been homebrewing for several years now but I've never used Brett and have no idea where to begin. What would be the easiest style to start with? Any tips, suggestions

I have read that you will need some new equipment for brett – racking cane, tubing, fermenter, etc. If it's a glass or stainless steel fermenter you should be fine, but if it's a plastic bucket then brett can possibly contaminate later batches that come into contact with it. I have been wanting to try one soon too, so that's all I know of on what to prepare for with these kind of beers.

I've done a couple Brett fermentation. They can be very strain specific just like all yeast. My best suggestion would be to pitch a big starter (make it early Brett has a long growth phase) and don't aerate to much.
