Does anyone know of any Brett Pilsners? I had one on draft that I cannot remember for the life of me and I loved it. Cheers!

    That seems oxymoronic.

Seems like a naming convention that would be very open to interpretation. I mean...there are beers like Felix (the base for New Belgium's La Folie) which are lagers that are "infected" in a barrel after the fact. Even with something like that, I'd say calling anything a Brett pils would be a stretch.

If it is made with Brett yeast is it even a pilsner anymore?

Since most Saisons contain pilsner malt, I feel like a Brett pilsner could just be called a saison.

Thank to everyone who had answered. I also thought it was weird but it was labeled a Brett Infected Pilsner and it was delicious.

Though now I do wonder if there was ever a time in the (probably early) history of lagering in which, due to the long storage, brett managed to get a hold on the beer.

O'so Brett Pils is actually pretty solid. Mostly comes across as a brett pale ale but with a little more of a pilsner bite

Yes, there was. Open fermentation, no sealed rooms, wooden vats....
