Do you mean after you break the nutrient pouch? It'll be good for just as long as it would have been if you hadn't broken it.

Well the beer is fermenting nicely. It's not nearly as fast as last time, I think mainly because the amount of yeast and warmer temps I had going on from last time. Fridge is maintaining a nice 67-68°f, with the temp set at 66°f ~2°. I can definitely smell the orange witch is good and bad, I hope it doesn't end up like cool-aid, but only time well tell. Still have bubbles at this point so well see what happens Mon-Tues, I'm hoping by Friday I can move to secondary. The only reason why I bothered with a primary/secondary is to progressively remove the shrub. I do plan on cold crashing this batch again just like last time, that seemed to work really well last time, almost 0 sediment.

It's a wheat beer, it is going to be cloudy. I wouldn't worry about trying to clarify it with a secondary. I would just leave it in primary until it is done. When you siphon it off, leave an inch or so beer on top of the trub to leave it behind.

I'll take a pic of the sample before and after well see if it does anything. Wiki shows there are some wheat beers that can clear if filtered. Well see what happens.

What is this supposed to mean?

Sure, with enough work you can make an Eclipse look like a Ferrari. The thing is wheat yeast strains are low - very low floculators and stay in suspension very easily. When people get a wheat beer, they usually expect some cloudiness to it. It just goes with the territory. If you want a clear wheat beer, by all means brew what makes you happy. It just seems like a waste of time / resources. And wheat beers are generally considered to be better consumed while fresh, not after aging in a secondary. I'd just carbonate it when it's done fermenting and drink it.
