I'm a little confused just need some clarification.

On the recipe tab my strike water says:

Strike water: 5.88 gal 166F add 6.83 gal to HLT.

Brew day print me says 5.88 gal at 166F to settle at 152F.

Like most people i mash into my cooler use one boil pot for strike/sparge water. 2 vessel system( pot an cooler) throughout.

To mash in should i add the 5.88 gal or 6.83gal.

Also will this affect all other predicted values brew cipher OG, IBU, salt additions etc.?

You should add 5.88 gallons to your mash tun.
If it's telling you to add a larger volume to your HLT, it's probably because you have something in the "Strike Hot Liquor Tank Deadspace" parameter on the Brewhouse parameters tab. Since you are not using a Hot Liquor Tank, you should set the parameter to 0, which happens to be the preloaded default value when you download the spreadsheet. While you're at it, you might want to check the other parameters in that tab. It's usually not a good idea to change them from the defaults unless the change matches a feature of your system.

Will do! Must have messed with them by accident. Normally I don't mess with them. I think you mentioned in a prior post a while back you have a coleman extreme cooler which I thought was the same size as mine . So parameters should be the same hopefully.....
