Brew Dogs the tv series on the esquire network will be unveiling their collaboration beer with NOLA Brewing this evening (4/24) at the brewery in New Orleans. It is for the second season of my favorite show on tv...behind game of thrones. What do you think the crazy beer they come up with will be. I somehow think they will use crawfish in the beer but I hope it's not just a pepper beer.
It ended up being a dead style from belgium that they brought back to life. A peterman. It is a wheat beer that is a touch sour. Overall it was good but some of the ingredient choices didn't seem to work. Great event at the brewery and a whole lot of fun.
More or less but it wasn't as crisp as a berlinerweiss. It was more balanced probably to its detriment which explains why the style is dead it's not that great.
