I have good friends in the Oakley neighborhood and visit occasionally. Dutch's is a the best option in that area in my opinion, near Hyde Park. Hyde Park wine & spirits is a solid bottle shop. Oakley pub is a local bar we like, but it isn't going to blow your mind craft wise.
