    Hi all,

I'm going to a wedding in Medina in Sept. and was going to hit up the brew kettle. I was curious of a few things:

    1. Do they sell bottles?
    2. Do they sell glassware, and if so what kinds?

    Cheers and thanks!

Edit: Also, can anybody give me an idea of growler pricing?

Yes they sell bottles.. they sell their beers that can be found on shelves plus bombers of exclusive beers that never make it past the brewpub. I recall their growlers being pricey, but its been awhile. I can't speak on glassware.

It has been a while since I filled a growler there but it used to range from $9-14.

Also, Circle A Beverage and Royal Vine are both 10 minutes away from Brew Kettle if you're looking to shop around. I stop by both shops occasionally so let me know if you're looking for something.

$9-14 isn't bad at all.. I don't know why I thought they charged more..

Unless it has changed since the new owner took over which wouldn't surprise me.

Was at the BK 2 months ago. Their beer is VERY reasonably priced. I don't drink anything but IPAs ...but they don't come better than Rajah anywhere and Rajah's were no more expensive than any regular old tap at a restaurant. You won't find higher quality at a more reasonable price point. Like 6$ a glass usually. Preferably you want to hit the place on a thursday, when they have "firkin thursdays". Beers are 4$ on tap and it rotates, but they are just as likely to throw up the Rajah as any other beer. Just depends on what they have rotating. There is a cooler in the back where you can buy fresh sixes of beer right off the line, but it rotates with what they have. So they won't always have all bottles on hand to sell. The food is very good...I recommend eating there. My biggest problem with the brewery and restaurant is that it is a little dark. It needs more windows, especially in that dark Cleveland area. More of a "hide a way", but that isn't much of a complaint. I have talked with the owner and he keeps low key, but he has his head on right. From my conversation he was modest and aware and a "good" person to talk to. He made time for me and my family for no other reason than I was a fan of the beer. They have brewing kettles in the back that are available to brew your own beer...but that is usually booked for months in advance...so if you are interested make plans NOW.

^^^Oh yeah, they sell all kinds of merch...I got some very high quality T's. The girls T is HOT. Also, FATHEADS is not too far away if you are into chicken wings...I would recommend those!...Head hunter is comparable to Rajah...but more consistant. It's just more commercial, but very good.
