I have drank an entire case myself, both those distributed and some hand delivered by my cousin Joe who stopped at the brewery. There has never been bottle variation, however don't let this beer get old sometimes the hops fade just like any other hoppy beer around.

    Okay, here's the report:
I drank 2 out of the 6 and didn't notice any bottle variation in just the 2 that I had. Not to say there might be with the other 4.
Again, last time I had it at DLD it was fresh from the brewery (less than 2 weeks old). This time it was through a trade so I'm not sure how old it was exactly, but it did go through shipping in the summer heat and sat at my house for almost 2 weeks before I had a chance to crack into it. So best case scenario it was probably a month old.
It still tasted very good. Not as good as I remember, but I was probably 5 or 6 beers deep the last time I had it, so....
The smell was amazing, very citrus hoppy in aroma. The hop taste was still very present but you could tell it was starting to fade. I enjoyed it very much.

So long story short I didn't notice much, if any, bottle variation. However this is only my 2nd time having it so I've got a very limited number of data points for comparison. All in all I still think its a good beer. I also think it's a bit under appreciated, but that's probably just because of the limited distro and the fact that not everyone has tried it yet. If you haven't tried White Rajah its worth seeking out

Yes, I have had bottle issues repeatedly. Breaks my heart, as for at time I felt like I had found the best IPA ever right in my backyard. Now I can't bring myself to spend the bucks for such a hit or miss brew. Too many bad sixers. Took my dad to BK for Father's Day a while back to introduce him to WR and it was off as well on the tap. Sigh. Fortunately, Bodhi saved the day. I told my Dad that on a good day WR is very similar to Bodhi and that the beer Gods truly smiled on us here when they put two awesome IPAs so nearby. I hate to bitch and moan, but ... and why not date the bottles? Too busy with Goose Juice to care about WR now anyway.

A beer ranked 10th best in its respective style is underrated? Sheesh...

White Rajah is a great beer, i love it. I was trying to convey that it's just not that popular because not many people have been able to try it yet. http://beeradvocate.com/lists/style/116 WR is ranked 10th for IPA and only has 182 reviews. Two Hearted is ranked 11th and has 2709 reviews. And there is nothing wrong with that, I'd prefer to not overhype the beer. Let the beer speak for itself.

I don't think the lack of hype comes with its lack of availability, more likely it's because of the relative obscurity of the brewer - Brew Kettle. My opinion is that WR is every bit as good, and very similar to, Zombie Dust. But we all know anything with a FFF label is the best thing on earth.

Well said, I love both beers but i think fresh White Rajah is just as good if not better than Zombie Dust just my 2 cents.
