    What I use is based on commerical german pH practices. Not saying others don’t work though at all.

    It’s not really a way to prevent o2 persay. Its for better lautering, less potential for LOX, and less tannins. The LOX rests in the arcospire and you want less damage to it, although oxidation starts when the arcospire is exposed to air.

    Hey Bryan, I remember you mentioning somewhere about spunding and glycerol production. Can you point me in that direction? I thought I saw it on your website but can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!
