Maybe I'm too old or watched too many TV cop shows, I thought everyone knew what pruno was:astonished:

I was actually at Monk's in Philly on Wed when they were filming. Then I went to Eulogy and they were filming there again. So I'll be watching Oct 8 when it airs to see my ugly face on tv. They said they went to Sly Fox, Monk's, Eulogy, Barcade, and Kraftwork if anyone cares.

I liked the food pairing segment, and the old ladies playing dominoes (or what ever it was) was fun. I couldn't care less about them brewing a preposterous kelp/chili IPA on a train, just another gimmick.

Abstrakts are a mixed bag. AB:04,06,10,12&13 are all worth seeking out but despite all their stuffing I wouldn't cellar any beyond where they are now.

God, those guys are good at self-promotion, aren't they? Intended as an observation rather than criticism or praise!

This worked for me http://tv.esquire.com/now/show/Brew Dogs/49929795664/0/San Diego but I had to click on the icon of my cable system (Optimum) to get there. You might have to start at http://tv.esquire.com/now/

The 43 minute show cut off at 39 minute mark for me, and when I went to re-watch a couple of scenes, I got a "THIS CONTENT IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE" voice-over, but it's working again now.

Thanks - I don't have Tv cable so the Esquire link won't work for me. X my heart, I will buy the dvd of the series when released!!! I hear the episodes might make to to Amazon or Google play on their watch it now, but I don't see it yet.

I watched about 5 minutes of an episode. When they got to the point where they were deciding what ingredients to use, and we got an incredibly contrived reality show discussion that was obviously staged, I checked out on this show. It's insulting to me and insulting to brewers everywhere to suggest that you can put together an experimental beer recipe in 30 seconds with no discussion as to how the various ingredients will work together. Not worth my time.

Not sure if this has been said yet as I didn't want to read the whole thread but..

It's a Beer Show! Nuff said! With all the crappy TV shows that fill cable today, I am thrilled there is a new beer based show that I can actually enjoy and look forward to. I actually really enjoyed it as did my wife. And she hates beer. They seem like nice guys that are not full of themselves. I rally like the Craft Beer Virgin angle. They clearly have a passion for getting people into craft beer.

When there are multiple cable beer shows, maybe then we can start nitpicking. :grinning:

I liked it better the first time when it was called Brewmasters. Are they are going to do the same thing as was done with Sam Calagione where they follow them around and document them putting weird ass shit in beer? Why the hell would I want a beer with the hottest chilis in the world in it?

For those of you who don't have the network, go to tv.esquire.com and you can log in with your cable provider account user name and password and you will have access to be able to watch the show on line. I have RCN, and it worked for me.

Are you serious? For every good point or interesting information these guys dish out, they manage to follow it up with schoolboy crap that can make you cringe and really taints their credibility.
