Brewer (contract) with no discoverable address?

    How would I add this. The beer is real, sees distribution, but I can’t find the physical address anywhere.

    That is the address of Lagabiere, the brewer that brews the beer for Epitaphe on contract. They are in St. Jean sur Richelieu. I can’t find anything that indicates Epitaphe is in the same city.

    Each image is a label of one of their beers.

    So we use the contract brewer’s address in cases like this? The Facebook page for Epitaphe is no help either.

    As explained above, the address on the labels on the linked website is for Lagabiere, the brewery contracted by Epitaphe to brew its beer.

    “Brassee et emballee par Lagabiere ...” means brewed and packaged by Lagabiere. This is a common practice in labeling up here for contract beers.

    I think I'd use a 'care of' address and insert 'c/o Lagabiere Brewerie' plus that address. Adding a Note might also be advisable. If a mod comes in on this thread with other instructions, then I beg off.

    I think that is what I’ll do. I’ll wait a couple more days to see if I’m instructed otherwise.

    Not logging this beer is killing me.... I may have issues...

    Here is the beer. As noted above, this was a good kveik ipa. I will seek out other beers by this reptile controlled contract brewery.

    You can feel free to submit the Place for Approval and leave the address/city/postal code fields blank. As I am not from Quebec (nor have I ever lived there), I am not sure if there is a way to look up the business ownership from the government websites to find an address.

    Odd, a whois lookup for the website shows it's been registered since 2004, but literally everything related to the registrant, even their name, is "REDACTED FOR PRIVACY"

    Are you sure this isn't a front company for some intelligence agency?
