Nope, it was an inquiry about a bum sixer of Tocobaga I had. It's not the kind of thing that I'd really feel like airing out on Facebook.

I got you. Seems uncharacteristic of them.

You could send Brad a message on here, since he's on here. His user name is beace.

Edit: I sent him a message for you, I would expect to see something soon, although it might be a couple days, since the bottle release is on Saturday and he'll be extremely busy.

I emailed Founders about Devil Dancer, and had a response in 2 days. I messaged Tony from Columbus Brewing, and he got back to me in less than a day. I've never had issues contacting a brewery so far...

. I would guess that "corporate" is an extreme rarity for boilerplate response or no answer.[/quote]
    Judging from my historic data
    I ' ll take that bet ; )

A long time ago I emailed great divide about white floaties in a bottle of Hercules dipa, asking if the beer was bottle conditioned.

They replied back and said that the bottle must have gone bad (even though it tasted fine) and offered to mail me a check to cover the bottle and a free T-shirt. I thought that was very cool of them.

As a followup, I got an email yesterday. They're having them pulled from the shelves; I verified that earlier today when I went in to buy some beer.

They thanked me profusely and they're going to send me a T shirt for bringing it to their attention. How cool is that???

Emailed Central Waters about my infected 2012 Peruvian Morning on July 1, still no response. Granted, I only had two bottles and don't live in their distribution area (both acquired in trade). Because of this, I was expecting them to say it would cost them too much to replace such a small quantity (esp from outside the area). Not happy about being ignored, especially when their statement about emailing to replace infected PM bottles is still on their homepage!

I've only emailed Great Lakes. Took a day or two to hear back, but was cc'd in on a string of internal emails where they were tracking the correct person down and handling the issue. They were very responsive.

It was about beer that was over a year out of code at a couple of grocery stores where the shelf is stocked by the distributor. There was fresh beer on the shelf the next week to buy.

I too e-mailed Central Waters about a week and a half ago, and have yet to receive a response. I went ahead and had the bottle already - which of course was infected.

I've sent an email to Half Acre and to Two Brothers. Each got back to me within a day or two.
