Breweriana BIF 2013 (Spring Edition)

Okay, there has been a lot of interest in getting the next round started, so in order to scratch that itch, here we go! This will be very similar to the previous rounds many of you have participated in or watched from the sidelines as the glassware hauls poured in. This round will also be 40 people, with previous members having first right of refusal to join in the fun. NOTE: There were a few people that broke the rules from the last round that will be asked to sit this one out. Minimum and maximum limits have been set up for a reason as well as the shipping window.​

This BIF is for people that have a good trade history and experience with BIFs only. If you are newer, you will need an established BA sponsor you, sorry, no exceptions. There is going to be a minimum amount of glassware to be sent but also a maximum amount. If you feel you can't follow the rules please sit this one out or you will be excluded from future rounds. I am also requiring a wants and gots list for this round. It makes it much easier for you shipper when you have one of these. They are very easy to make on google docs or similar sites. As stated above, members of the previous rounds have first dibs, as they refuse spots will open up, but this is limited to 40 people. Signups will remain open until Tuesday the 16th to give enough time for the vets to see this, and new people to claim their spots.​

Now for the rules:​

- 4 glass minimum.​

- MUST be stemware including mini-snifters unless specifically stated on wants sheet of recipient. Please try to make the glassware target specific.​

- Must be brewery/brewpub-related, with preference to locals, or target's "wants list."​

- 6 glass maximum.​

- Glasses 5-6 can be non-brewery, but still beer-related, e.g. beer bars, beer shops, etc.​

- Shakers are allowable, but not encouraged.​

- One piece of swag: brewery/beer-related apparel, signs, etc.​

- If target does not specify t-shirt size, that means he/she prefers something other than a shirt (i.e. don't guess on shirt sizes).​

- Other non-glass extras are at sender's discretion (no minimum or maximum): beer, coasters, bottle openers, koozies, stickers, misc.​

-Glassware wants and got list is mandatory for this round. IF you cannot come up with one by the 16th, please sit out of this round.​

-Disclaimer - Do not enter this B/GIF if you can not afford it, or if you don't have access to LOCAL brewery gear necessary to abide by the standards! We want this to be a level playing field and for everyone to get a fair deal. There will always be other rounds, so if you're not able to fully participate this time, you can just sit this one out and start working on a package for future rounds.​
