Hi guys I'm a Chicagoan and I will be in Dallas next week from Tuesday march 12th till Saturday March 17th. I am looking for some good local breweries and brewpub recommendations while I am there. I am coming mainly for the BBQ. If you guys would like to add additional places and attractions that are must sees/dos that would also be appreciated. Thank you all and take care.

Where are you staying, and do you have a car?

This is all assuming you have transportation:
Bars: Meddlesome Moth, Common Table, Union Bear, Strangeways
Growler fills (if interested): Whole Foods on Park Lane, Lomo Alto, or Greenville, and The Bottle Shop
BBQ: Lockhart Smokehouse and Pecan Lodge at Shed 2 in the Farmer's Market (note this is only open during the day, check their website/hours before you go).
Breweries: You can do the Wednesday night Rahr tour in Fort Worth. I'm not sure if Peticolas is doing tours yet, and Deep Ellum's is on Saturday.

I do have transportation and I am staying at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas. Thank you for all the information. I will definitely be hitting up a couple of those bars and the Wednesday night brewery tour. Take care.

Good to know. All of these places are within a short drive from where you're staying, except for Rahr which is in Fort Worth.

Eno's is just down a couple blocks from Lockhart Smokehouse so you can grab a beer there as well.
