I'm heading to Boca Raton in 2 weeks. Aside from Funky Buddha, what breweries, bars, and bottle shops would you recommend? I'd like to find a couple spots where I can sample and purchase awesome brews I might otherwise have difficulty finding. Thanks for any recommendations, and cheers!

Done that, thanks. Was trying to get more/better local intel, as there did not seem to be a lot of solid options available.

Ok...staying in Boca is actually a decent spot and you have TONS of options for beer/food/bottle shops..
    As far as beer:
You have mentioned the obvious in Funky Buddha..the Oakland brewery is cool, but ive been enjoying the beers at the Boca lounge much much more latley..all the small batch protions and the berlinerweisses Morgan has been doing are right on point. You also have Due South Brewing in Boynton Beach which has been doing some great work latley..try the Mexican standoff and the Rollo (its not on the menu.its a mix between the caramel creme ale and the roasted cocoa stout)...
Salt Water Brewing is in delray and its fairly new, but Dustin and all the guys are really really cool and the beers are slowly getting to where they should be...definitely worth checking out.

For food..I would go to Brewzzi's in boca..all the food is great and they have some good inhouse brewed beer..wild ales and other cool stuff
I also would recomend Tucker Dukes Lunchbox in deerfield Beach..one of the best burgers youll ever eat in your life and great local beer...people are gonna tell you to go to charm city, but tucker dukes is better and less trendy
Racos Tacos is fun too (no beer, but lots of tequlla) and its in the same shopping center as total wine

Bottle shops..Total wine is #1..you can get anything you want..and if they dont have it..chances are not many other places around them do...
World of beer in cocount creek is another decent option as you can mix and match 6-packs to go at a discounted price..

For bars..I like the funky buddha lounge, lion and eagle pub, Duffys for sporting events..

if you want to BM me we have weekly bottle shares in the area...maybe you'll happen to be around..
